We love having you a part of our Fitstop community! If you need to take a break, you can pause your membership at any time, instead of canceling your journey with us.

But, if you need to go - we get it as things can change and sometimes you need to switch it up. Your feedback is always invaluable to us and we’d love to get any final thoughts, so we can continue making Fitstop the best it can be.

Cancelling Terms

If you’re on a month to month membership, your membership will be terminated the week following the fourth direct debit payment after approval of a Termination Request.
If you’re on a Standard 6 month (26 week) Membership, the membership will be terminated following a 50% payout of the remaining original term period.
If you’re on a Standard 12 month (52 week) Membership, the membership will be terminated following a 50% payout of the remaining original term period.
