Members can request to suspend (pause) their membership for a total of 4 weeks per calendar year.
If you are on a standard 6 or 12 month membership within your original term period, the duration of your suspension period will be added on to the end of your original term period (for example; if you intend to pause for 2 weeks and your original end date was 1st January, your new end date would be 14th January).
Suspensions must be requested 2 weeks in advance.
Once your request has been accepted you can reach out to unsuspend your membership at any time.
