What is the main reason for putting your membership on hold?*

By Submitting below I understand all hold requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance. Submitting a hold request within 7 days will not be processed and we ask that you refrain from emailing us unless it is an extreme circumstance. (Please note there is a maximum hold time for membership of eight weeks per annum. Anything more (excluding injury) is considered a cancellation, which will then require you to please complete our cancellation form instead)
